Muhammad Azrie Husainy Bin Mohd Jasri is an Assistant Lecturer in the Marine Construction and Maintenance Technology (MCMT) Department at Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIMET. Before entering academic, he have been worked as a mechanical engineer for 1 year. He has published a number of papers in books, journals and conferences and filed a series of patents. He also have won a numerous of innovation competition on national and international.

Muhammad Azrie Husainy Bin Mohd Jasri is an established teacher and researcher mechanical engineering specific toward welding and innovation. He research interests include I.R 4.0, Simulation of welding, Product innovation and business development. He actively participated in a research projects and received several innovation awards including the special award of MOSTI for his project.
