Mr. Amayrol Zakaria joins Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology, University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (UniKL)) as a lecturer in the Department of Maritime Management. Prior to coming to UniKL, he was a research assistant at the University of Sains Malaysia (USM). He received his Bachelor in Maritime Operations, MBA from University of Sains Malaysia. He is currently pursuing PhD in the area of short sea shipping at the University of Kuala Lumpur (UBIS) under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Cmdr. (Rtd.) Dr. Aminuddin Md Arof. His primary research interests are in the field of transportation, maritime operations, Ro-Ro operations, clientele management and financial statement analysis.

Mr. Amayrol Zakaria joins Malaysian Institute of Marine Engineering Technology, University of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (UniKL)) as a lecturer in the Department of Maritime Management. Prior to coming to UniKL, he was a research assistant at the University of Sains Malaysia(USM). Amayrol received his Bachelor in Maritime Operations, MBA from University of Sains Malaysia. He is currently pursuing PhD in the area of short sea shipping at the University of Kuala Lumpur (UBIS) under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Cmdr. (Rtd.) Dr. Aminuddin Md Arof . Amayrol’s teaching interests include cargo handling systems, integrated transport system and ship operation and legislation. His primary research interests are in the field of transportation, maritime operations, Ro-Ro operations, clientele management and financial statement analysis. Mr. Amayrol Zakaria has published a number of journals and conferences.
